-       the length of stay requested by you, also destinations, hotels, contracts, conditions, special service, health information, personal preferences and any other information which you provide us.


-       special categories of data such as health data, special needs data and marriage/partnership


are needed for our services. This also includes bookings of city tours/admissions, etc., table reservations in our restaurant "Arno's", transfers, registrations, events, tours, accreditations, vouchers including customer facility, billing and their review (B2B, B2C, FIT), ticket bookings, special offers.


For this purpose, we store, process and, as necessary, provide third parties with whom we cooperate to provide a service to our customers, as well as third party service providers, software and agency service providers. We do not use profiling and automated decisions.


The legal bases for these data processing processes are


-          the fulfilments of pre-contractual and contractual obligations to you,


-          Consents obtained from you,


-          legal, contractual or other legal obligations on our part (for example, documentation rights and duties under accounting, tax and customs law, contracts, reporting, litigation) and § 96 TKG and

The duration of the storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consents granted by you, as well as the statutory retention requirements and legal obligations applicable to us. We emphasize that in the case of a regular cooperation we strive for our best possible customer service, so well know your customer requests which already transmitted to us, that we can satisfy you constantly and permanently.




3. Our websites


By visiting our website, your access data are automatically collected and stored. These access data may include the page accessed, the files viewed, the date and the time of the visit, the user's IP address, data of the computer which was used to visit our website specially the browser and the operating system, also the data volume and the message of the successful visit. On our website we use the reservation service ''Sihot.web'' as a reservation platform for our hotel guests. A link on the hotle's website will take you to the booking page. This automatically maintains your reservation and specified data in the SIHOT.PMS of our hotel software. Due to the method of secure access and encryption based on SSL coding, all security requirement are fully met. It is possible to access to SIHOT.WEB by Google Analytics. With Google Analytics, we can gain valuable insides into the behaviour of visitors to our websites and used them for targeted, performance based marketing. On our website we use the reservation service ''Open Table'' for table reservations in our restaurant ''Arno's'' operated by Open Table GmbH, a German company with headquarters in Schuhmannstraße 27, D-60325 Frankfurt. You will be redirected to the Open Table website via the ''Table reservation'' or ''Book a table'' button. There you can choose your desired date and time to complete the reservation. Payment Service


In the area of card payment (direct debit / visa debit / maestro / credit cards) we work together Concardis GmbH, Helfmann Park, D-65760 Eschborn. In this context, in addition to the purchase amount and date, card data is also transmitted to the above-mentioned company. All payment data and data on any chargebacks that may occur are only stored for as long as they are needed for the processing of payments (including the processing of possible chargebacks and collection) and for the flight against abuse. You send us an e-mail to m.grochol@alekto.de or by post. Please note that we do not return any application documents for organisation reasons. Your application will be stored or kept in the company for the duration of the application process, but at least for 6 months. Your data will be viewed exclusively by the management and the responsible department management.

As a data subject, you also have right to revoke, provide information, delete, rectify, limit and transfer your personal data, as far as there is no legal obligation to keep records on our part.
